For Products marked as "Pre-order," we will charge your payment method when you place your order or when the Product is shipped, as indicated at checkout. Estimated release dates for pre-order items are subject to change.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
